Ted Cruz is set to speak at the Republican National Convention tonight, Wednesday, July 20, 2016. The very fact that Cruz would agree to speak at the Republican National Convention, that has debased itself far enough to select a liberal New York Democrat as its presidential nominee, has many of Cruz’s supporters anxiously biting their nails.
That being said, here is what I would like to see in Senator Cruz’s speech:
- I would like to see a “Mitch McConnell is a liar” type speech.
But Senator Cruz should not just stop with Mitch McConnell, he should implicate the entire Washington Cartel, including Reince Preibus, John Boehner ( the man of Orange), and yes, the one who has given hundreds of thousands of dollars to prop up the Washington cartel–“Mister Trump.”
- I would like to see a truly anti-establishment speech.
Senator Cruz should firmly point out that the “anti-establishment” candidate has been protected by the establishment. Isn’t it odd that the Republican establishment should work so hard to suppress the votes and voice of conservatives, in order to nominate someone who is so supposedly “anti-establishment?” Do you think that the RNC Crime Syndicate would have worked this hard to secure the nomination for Ted Cruz?
- I would like to see a delegate reprimand.
I would like to see a gentle scolding of the spineless quisling delegates who refused to revolt in the face of such totalitarian tactics on display at this RNC. Gentle, but firm.
- I would like to see a clear “non-endorsement” of Donald J. Trump (D- NY).
I hope that when Ted Cruz leaves that stage, there is not a man or woman at that convention, not a man or woman in this country, who is unclear about his position. And I hope that it is a clear “non-endorsement” of a party, a convention, and a candidate, who has nominated the only person in America more hated than Killary Clinton.
